I have a question about an order I have received

What is your return policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with a product you purchased, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

Please refer to the Return Instructions in the original packaging when returning your product. The product must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.

Return Address

If you wish to return a product, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800 852 3940 or email us at [email protected] and let them know the reason for your return. Then follow the instructions on the Ezy2Ship return slip that is emailed to you by Customer Service. Return items need to be dropped off at your nearest SingPost office or POP Station. Returns are free and you will not be charged to return your product(s). We do not have a door to door service for returns at the moment.

Wrong Product, Color, or Size

If we shipped you the wrong product, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. It is important that you contact us before returning your product, so that we may process your exchange as soon as possible.

Before you call, please have your order number available. If you do not know your order number, please visit your My Accounts page to find the number in your Order History. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the difference between the product you ordered and the product you received.

Exchanging a Product

We will only be able to accept the exchange of a product if it is returned in its original condition and packaging and if we have the product you wish to exchange it for. If we do not have the product you’d like instead, we will process a return and issue you with Store Credit which you can use for any future purchases online (only). This Store Credit is not redeemable for cash, and is non-transferable.
