All cards are charged immediately upon placement of a successful order.
Refunds are issued upon successful processing of your return and it may take 5-7 business days for you to see it reflected on your original form of payment.
Debit and Bank Check Cards may be charged immediately upon order.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Sales Tax
All prices on Tumi.sg include Singapore’s 9% GST. You will not be charged separately for GST.
Atome
Buy Now, Pay Later and enjoy 3-month equal payments with 0% interest on Atome.
Atome automatically splits your bill into 3 equal payments. You will pay the first payment at the point of purchase. The next two payments will be spread 30 days apart. No interest or hidden charges applied.
- Select Atome as your payment method during checkout.
- If you have an Atome account, please enter your login information and proceed with payment.
- If you are new to Atome, you will be asked to apply for an Atome account before checkout with TUMI. The process is fast and simple, and you will receive an approval within minutes.
- Pay 1/3 of the total bill first. After your checkout, orders ship and you will receive the items and pay the other two payments later with zero interest, 30 days apart.
Please note that below is the credit limit imposed for checkout via Atome.
- Credit Card: SGD 3,000
- Debit Card: SGD 1,000
Discount and Codes
We may feature promotional coupons and discount programs. Follow these simple steps to redeem a promotion or discount code:
- On the Payment page in Checkout, enter the code in the box – “Enter promo code”. Codes are case sensitive.
- Click "Apply".
If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary.
General Terms & Conditions for Promotional Discounts and Codes
- These offers may be for a limited time only and all discounted items will be returned to their original price once the promotion is over. Promotional prices are only applicable during the promotional period.
- Items bought during the promotional period are only eligible for return or refund based on our Return policy.
- Items bought before the promotional period will not be refunded the difference during the promotional period.
- There may be additional Terms and Conditions for each promotion discount or code. Please review these before making purchases.

PayPal is an alternate method for purchasing your order on TUMI.com. It enables any individual or business with an email address to securely send payments online .If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process then automatically proceed to paypal.com to complete your payment. Once you have been redirected to paypal.com, you will have 25 minutes to complete the payment before your order is dropped.
