Where can I purchase an eGift Card?
The TUMI eGift Card can be purchased exclusively from the TUMI Singapore Official Online Store.
What does the recipient of the eGift Card receive?
The recipient will receive the TUMI eGift Card via an attachment within an email. You can also add a personalised message when buying the eGift Card.
What payment methods are accepted for eGift Card purchases?
You can purchase a TUMI eGift Card using major credit cards, as shown at checkout.
How do I use the eGift Card?
TUMI eGift Cards can be redeemed through the TUMI Singapore Official Online Store. Please note, they cannot be used at department stores, outlets, or any stores that do not participate, nor on any other eCommerce platforms outside the TUMI Singapore Official Online Store. To redeem the eGift Card, enter the Serial Number and Code provided on the eGift Card Email attachment in the required field during checkout. If the eGift Card balance doesn't cover the full purchase amount, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
Can I apply multiple eGift Cards to one purchase?
No, only one eGift Card can be used per transaction.
Do I need to spend the full value of the eGift Card in one purchase?
No, you can use the eGift Card for multiple purchases until the full balance is used. The remaining balance will be updated after each transaction.

How long is the eGift Card valid for?
TUMI eGift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase, in accordance with Singapore law.
What should I do if my eGift Card is lost or stolen?
If a TUMI eGift Card is lost or stolen, the customer must immediately contact Customer Care at the email address service.sg@tumi.com or by phone at +658008528407 to block it immediately.
Can I return an eGift Card for a refund?
TUMI eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and no refunds will be provided if the card is lost or stolen.
Can I return items purchased with an eGift Card?
Yes, if you return products bought with an eGift Card, the refund will be issued back to the eGift Card.
How is a refund processed if I used both an eGift Card and another payment method for my order?
For orders paid with both an eGift Card and another payment method, the refund will be processed to original payment method. The eGift Card amount will be issued to a new eGift card with the same expiry date.
What happens if I return part of an order paid with an eGift Card and another payment method?
If you return part of an order paid partly with an eGift Card, we will first refund the amount to the other payment method, and any remaining refund will be credited back to your eGift Card.

No, you will not earn TUMI Exclusives Club points for purchasing a TUMI eGift Card.
Will I earn TUMI Exclusives Club points by redeeming a TUMI eGift Card in full?
Yes, redeeming a TUMI eGift Card does count towards your TUMI EXCLUSIVES CLUB spending total. For example, if you use a $500 eGift Card to purchase a $500 TUMI Product, 500 points will be earned.
Will I earn TUMI Exclusives Club points if I pay beyond the value of my eGiftcard?
Yes, if you redeem a TUMI eGift Card and cover part of the purchase with another payment method on TUMI.SG – both eGift Card amount and additional amount paid will be count towards your TUMI EXCLUSIVES CLUB spending. For example, if you use a $500 eGift Card towards a $1200 TUMI product, $500 eGift card value and additional $700 paid amount will be credited towards your TUMI Exclusives Club points.
